Michael Farrell

A leading performance specialist with an outstanding record for helping others achieve ultimate performance in sport , business and life.

Prior to setting up his own training company he has had a successful career in professional sport and sales. Michael is an NLP Master Practitioner, Advanced Behavioural Modeller (INLPTA), Certificate & Diploma in Hypnotherapy, certified NLP Life Coach, member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & sports coach.

Along with running a successful training company, Michael is currently the mind coach for Wigan Warriors (Super League Rugby team), pro golfers, professional footballers and also works with one of the UK's largest newspaper groups.

Michael is currently best known for his work with Wigan Warriors. He joined them mid way through the 2006 season when the club faced relegation. Working closely with the manager Brian Noble, who was also the Great Britain coach, Michael helped the players to quickly regain and improve on their previous performance. In doing so, he ensured the team was the first ever Super League team to not be relegated after being bottom of the league half way through the season.

I am a senior manager for Newsquest Media Group one of the UK's largest newspaper groups, I have been strategically involved in the successful leadership and motivation of large teams along with initiating massive changes which have vastly improved profits and efficiency of the business.

Prior to this I held management positions at Whitbread (David Lloyd Leisure) United Advertising, as well as working for Guardian Media group where my career started in media business to business sales.

Current successes include the start up and successful sale of two web based businesses.

I currently manage a large team of over 200 and am heavily involved in product development, sales, marketing and strategic development and restructuring.

Current consultancy contracts include a leading communication company along with an international mobility manufacturer who is a major NHS supplier.

A Qualified NLP Practitioner and NLP Life Coach with certificated training in many aspects of leadership, sales, management and team building.
